3 Ingredient Pancake Recipe

When I first discovered this recipe I thought there was no way the outcome would be light and fluffy pancakes. However, I was proven wrong. The result is pancake perfection and the ingredients are essentials you’ll find in your cupboard so don’t worry, you wont need to fork out a loan for any fancy, wholefood ingredients! All you need (serves 2) 2 bananas 1 cup of oats 1 cup of milk (can be cows milk, soy, almond, whatever you fancy) (1 cup = 128g) Method 1.Preheat a frying pan to medium to low heat, add a teaspoon of oil (coconut is my fav otherwise whatever you’ve got to hand will work, if you have a non-stick pan feel free to opt out) 2.Blend your oats in a high speed food processor or blender until it reaches flour-like consistency 3.Add banana and milk of choice to blender then mix until combined  4.Add around 2 tbsp of pancake mix to the pan creating a round shape 5.After 1 or 2 minutes, flip the pancake over.
