O.O.T.D Matchy-Matchy

~ sweater | jeans | shoes | backpack ~ How did I find a wall that matches the exact colours of my sweater?! Only Shoreditch could answer those prayers… When the weather’s good in London you have to get outside and make the most of it because you never know how long it will last. On this day me and the wonderful Izzy went exploring around East London for good food and pretty street art… As I said in my previous O.O.T.D post, I like to dress casual and comfortable. This outfit checks all the boxes for me, it’s comfy but not too slouchy. It’s casual but not too effortless. Thanks for reading! What do you do on a sunny day in London? Advertisements

O.O.T.D Finding Your Everyday Style

Jeans | Black hoodie | Trainers | Backpack For me? Denim always has to be involved and a good pair of sneakers… If you’re one of those people who has a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear.. you haven’t quite found your everyday style. For me, choosing my outfit for the day is the easiest part of my morning routine! I would say when it comes to fashion I’m a minimalist. I don’t like to mix things up too much and I stick firmly with what I know I like. All I need is a good pair of jeans, some converse or comfy trainers & a plain top with no fancy frills or designs. I usually opt for black, khaki green, navy or white. For easy outfit organising, follow these tips! clear out your wardrobe, get rid of anything you haven’t worn in the last year! Find colours that suite you really well for me it’s navy blue and white Create a uniform you love, then play with the formula I do this …

O.O.T.D Pretty in Pink

~ Jumper (similar) | dungaree dress | tights | shoes ~ Finally the coldest part of winter is over! It can only be onwards and upwards from here… It’s so great that I can finally shed a few layers after what seemed like the coldest winter we’ve had. I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up because, this is England, weather changes at the snap of your fingers but hey-ho. That gives us more of an excuse to make the most of it! Anyway, the wonderful Izzy & I took to the streets of West London on an Instagram mission basically, we both love photography so we took our cameras with us and starting snapping. It’s so nice being with someone who loves photography as much as me… …But lets get into my outfit, can I start by telling you how much i’ve reaally missed wearing tights! I’d forgotten how comfy they are. Definitely gonna ditch my black denim for more skirt & tight combos. This dungaree dress is a whole new thing for me too, i’ve …

O.O.T.D Winter Survival

coat | backpack (similar here) | jeans | shoes Winter is here and this time I’m officially prepared! I don’t know about you but I’m never ready for Winter to arrive. It turns November and I’m stuck with my unlined parka and I’m freezing. This year I took the plunge and invested in a coat that’ll hopefully last me for the years ahead. I chose a puffer coat due to its ability to keep so much heat in. I could wear a T-shirt underneath and it would still keep me warm! (Although if you live in colder climates I’d probably not recommend testing that out) I also decided to ditch my beloved polka-dot tote bag I made for myself and replace it with something more durable and as much as I hate to admit, I’ve really enjoyed having a sturdier bag. I love the feel of wearing a back-pack because if it gets too heavy, its easier to carry than having a bag that hangs off one shoulder. I’ve linked all the items featured in this …

O.O.T.D: Shades of Autumn

Zip Side Jumper – Topshop | Blue Jeans – Topshop (old) | Shoes – Converse | necklace (vintage) | polka dot bag – Handmade Autumn has to be the most photogenic season. The warm tones that come out to play at this time of year are my favourite and I’m always inspired by Autumn’s beautiful colours. When I went back home last week to visit family who have this glorious countryside surrounding them, I couldn’t resist a walk around the woods.  So again, I have to apologise for the over sharing of photos I took of our surroundings instead of my outfit! What’s your favourite season? Do you have transitional seasons in your country?

Casual Autumn O.O.T.D

The leaves have started turning, it’s definitely sweater weather and I had my first pumpkin spice latte of the year…… It’s officially Autumn! Me & my wonderful cousin Izzy took an amble around Holland Park to get away from the city for a while and it was picture perfect. This post is supposed to be focused on my autumnal outfit but can’t help to include the pictures we got of our surroundings. Denim Jacket | Cropped Hoodie | Polka Dot Tote (made it myself) | Jeans | Shoes | (I must put a tiny disclaimer in as most of the pictures were taken by the lovely Izzy Jennings. Find her here)
