Why The Hiatus?

I have to apologise!  It’s been almost a month since I last wrote something on my site… …So, I’m sorry. It’s been too long and there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t thought about writing. So why has it taken me this long to talk to you guys? Well.. By giving myself more time, attention and space, I have more to …

Self-love is not about being a narcissist or self-absorbed, it’s about our well-being, happiness and being in check with ourselves. So here are 5 tips to help start off your good, self-loving habits… 1. Eat well and love what you eat Fuel yourself with nutritious food and your body will thank you. Be intentional about what you put into your body, not because you want to look good, but because you want to feel good too! Try to cut out all the processed foods and stick to healthy proteins, fats and lots of vitamins and minerals. I do allow myself to eat sweet things occasionally, If I ever had to give up chocolate I’d be an extremely sad person! “Our bodies are our gardens …
