February Favourites

February has been another whirlwind month for me & I can’t quite believe it’s March already…

One of the reasons I love writing monthly favourites, apart from sharing with you the things I love, is that it’s an opportunity for me to check in with you guys on a more personal level… February has been such a fun & social month for me and I’m actually surprised at how much managed to fit into 28 days…

After dreadful January finally came to an end, life started moving at a very fast pace. I’ve become totally aware that this year is going to be dramatically different from the past two and it’s been this past month where i’ve been planning & really thinking about my future. I can safely say it’s going in the right direction. I’m starting to carve some sort of path out of what I want to do in life & February has been the month I feel like i’ve made real progress…

Anywho, over sharing aside, lets talk about all the things i’ve been loving this month!

Topshop Denim

I’ve been trying to find the perfect pair of vintage style jeans for such a long time now & finally, I think i’ve found them. They are the straight leg fit from Topshop and I swear they look a much better shape than Topshop’s actual ‘mom’ jeans. The mom jeans are a little baggy for me around the hips but the straight leg fit in all the right places. I also chopped a little of the leg as I’m really into that cropped, raw hem look at the moment.

Martian by Sunday Riley

I’ve spoken about Martain before in my ‘Bedside Table Beauty‘ blog post but felt the need to speak about it again because it’s that good. It’s helped me so much with my oily t-zone that now I forget that it was ever a major problem. It also lasts a life time, I’ve only used probably about 1/4 of the product and I’ve been using it for around 2 months.

Velvet Orchid by Tom Ford

I actually bought this way back in December 2015 so it’s been a favourite of mine for a while but soon enough I’m going to run out which means I will be buying another bottle asap. I usually like to try different perfumes but for the last year and a half I’ve been wearing Tom Ford and really love it. It’s a very deep scent and I tend not to wear it everyday which makes it that slightly more special to me!

Weekly Dry Erase Board

This has helped me organise my life soo much. I love that once the week is over and you’ve successfully managed to pay your bill on time and remembers your appointments, you can wipe the slate clean and start planning the next week!

Options Hot Chocolate

Whilst I was travelling around Scotland these little sachets were my best friend. Even after having one every night in my hostel and taking long walks around the city with my camera in one hand and an Options hot chocolate in the other, I still have some stocked in my cupboard! Its a nice alternative to chocolate bars, because if you’re like me, you need to cut down on your sweet things and its for sure helped me cut down on my intake of biscuits, cake and sugar.

The Fragrant Mind & Aromatherapy

A book on what essential oils do for your mind, mood and emotions. You may know this already but I have studied Aromatherapy a lot over the last few years and love to learn about which can do what for certain needs. I find that essential oils can really help me when I’m going through a stressful time or simply need a quick release from anxious feelings.

Manfrotto Pixi Tripod

A super sturdy tripod that I use for my Sony Rx100iii. It’s light-weight, portable and easy to use. I 1000% prefer it to those flexible Joby tripods. Perfect for vloggers who want a shake-free shot!

That’s everything guys, I hope you enjoyed reading! I’d love to hear what your favourites were this month.

I would also like to thank you for 100 followers on WordPress! It means the world, it means that something that makes me happy, makes you happy too 🙂 It’s a small milestone compared to others but none the less, it’s a milestone and I made it with thanks to you. xxxx

I love your blog Natasha. With each issue your style becomes more personal, more intimate and seems to touch me deeply. I feel as though I am walking alongside you.

My February has been a bit odd. I’m learning new things and gently exploring new ways of looking at life.

The most important thing I have learnt is to be grateful for each moment, for all that I have, all that life brings me. When i am grateful life supports me completely and allows me to see the goodness, the joy, the miracles that are constantly unfolding.

    So thank you.
