Happy Valentines Day! What better day to share with you some advice on self love?! Practising self-love is actually a very simple concept that I don’t think was properly wired into our brains. Everyday we put others first and look for acceptance from the people around us but never from ourselves. Self-love is not about being a narcissist or self-absorbed, it’s about our well-being, happiness and being in check with ourselves. So here are 5 tips to help start off your good, self-loving habits… 1. Eat well and love what you eat Fuel yourself with nutritious food and your body will thank you.
